And by this, we refer to marketing and selling using your computer and mobile devices powered by the internet. Computers such as the desktop, laptop, mobile devices like I-phones, I-pads, tablets and android phones. These are all you need to digitalize your market and sales.
Now, first and foremost, digital marketing is content marketing. It includes SEO( Search Engine Optimization), Content Writing, Social Media Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Pay per click Advertising, Video Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and Personalized e-mails.
However, for this post, I will be focusing on Content Marketing which, I believe is the foundation of all kinds of digital marketing.

In other words, content marketing helps to effectively promote products and services to make sales.

A content strategy therefore, focuses on the planning, creation, distribution, analysis and governance of content. Ensuring that you have useable and useful content on the internet that is easily found is vital to improving the user experience of a website or a blog.
There are various kinds of content marketing. These include: web content, blog posts, ebooks, case studies, templates, infographics, videos, podcasts, social media posts, content writing, articles, proposals, emails & bios.
Next, we will be looking at how to create a content marketing strategy.
